Belmar Oceanfront Apartments is beautifully attached to the clearest blue waters under the Caribbean sun, touched by a nice cool breeze all day until the sun colors the blue sky with the most amazing golden glow and maybe even a green flash.

Belmar Oceanfront Apartments has a broad selection of room types in our three-story building. There is a choice between one, two or three-bedroom apartments, each with its own character.

All the apartments at Belmar Oceanfront Apartments include:

• A fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, stove, American refrigerator with ice dispenser & chilled water, dishwasher, and a NESPRESSO coffee maker.
• A comfortably furnished living room.

Suite Deluxe

Our Suite Deluxe 1-bedroom apartments are large and airy and are situated on the upper floor of the building. Each apartment has a spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower and a large living area and kitchen. Each has its own private porch that looks out over the pool and has fabulous ocean views.

Classic Superior

Our Classic Superior is situated on the ground floor. Open your patio door and step directly onto our pool deck and within a few steps you can enter the ocean. Each apartment has a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. In most of these rooms the second bedroom can also be set up as a king bed.

Grand Deluxe 2 and 3 Bedroom

The large living area and kitchen provide ample space for up to 6 people. The private balcony is a perfect setting to enjoy breakfast or just marvel at the beautiful Caribbean Sea. At the 3 bedroom apartment  a staircase in the living room leads to the second floor of the apartment where the other 2 bedrooms including the second bathroom, which is shared. Both of these bedrooms can be set up as either 2 twin beds in each or 1 king depending on your preference.

Apartments location at Belmar

All rates are excluding room and car tax. The room and car tax will no longer be paid to our resorts, but a $75 tourist entry tax must be paid online before arrival.

All package prices are in US Dollar ($) per person per week and based on full occupancy in each room type. Room Only prices are in US Dollar ($) per person per night and based on full occupancy in each room type. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
